Karakal BZ 50 2.1

A factory-strung Karakal graphite racket with a slim 7 mm shaft and an isometric head, sold as an easy-going all-rounder for improvers and intermediate adults. It is even balance and on the flexible side, so it rewards smooth, fast swings more than raw power.

• Very low price for a graphite racket, often discounted well below RRP
• Even balance and flexible 7 mm shaft are forgiving and quick to swing
• Comes strung with a cover

• Entry-level build; not a power racket
• Retailers disagree on balance and flex wording (see notes)
• Max tension not read
