Weight8U 58 g
One of the lightest adult rackets sold, at roughly 58-61 g. It has a very head-heavy balance (335 mm) to give some bite, but a soft shaft and 28 lb tension cap, so it suits quick-handed doubles players who want effortless speed rather than raw power.
- Extremely light, so very quick to swing and recover
- Extra head-heavy balance helps the tiny mass carry through smashes
- Soft shaft is easy to load
- Max tension only 28 lb
- Very light frame gives little stability against hard-hit shuttles
- Feel is unusual (very light handle, heavy head), which takes time to adapt to
Where to buy
