Precision 1.0 is a mid-range 5U (about 82 g) racket in the Apacs Precision range with a near-even balance (290 mm) and a soft, flexible shaft. Comfortable for players who want speed in drives and a bit of bite on smashes.
- Near-even balance keeps the head quick through drives and blocks
- Soft shaft is easy to load, helping clears and lifts for players with a short swing
- Rated to 38 lb string tension, so it takes a tight, crisp stringbed
- Soft shaft can feel vague at high tension and on hard flat exchanges
- Mid-range materials give a less refined feel than pro-level frames
- Specs come from retailer listings, not an independent test
