An older Carlton with an even balance and a stiff, tapered shaft, pitched at singles players who want control and a crisp response. It is light in the hand for a stiff racket but needs decent technique to get the best from it.
- Even balance keeps it manoeuvrable
- Stiff shaft gives a crisp, direct response
- Light for its stiffness
- Only 30 lb max tension
- Stiff shaft is harder work for slower swings
- Now old stock, mostly on clearance
Where to buy
None of the UK shops we check sell it right now, so it may only be available abroad. Researched price: £50.
