TJ 1000 Control is a mid-range 4U (about 82 g) racket in the Felet TJ 1000 range with a near-even balance (292.5 mm) and a soft, flexible shaft. A handy all-round feel for club doubles.
- Near-even balance keeps the head quick through drives and blocks
- Soft shaft is easy to load, helping clears and lifts for players with a short swing
- Low price for a graphite frame
- Soft shaft can feel vague at high tension and on hard flat exchanges
- Mid-range materials give a less refined feel than pro-level frames
- Specs come from retailer listings, not an independent test
Where to buy
