Ride the Wind S (4U) is a mid-range 4U (about 82 g) racket in the Kumpoo Ride the Wind range with a slightly head-heavy balance (295 mm) and a shaft of unpublished stiffness. Gives most of the smash benefit without making fast exchanges a chore.
- Slight head bias adds smash power without a big swing penalty
- Full-graphite frame at a modest price
- Max tension only 30 lb, which limits stringing choices
- Mid-range materials give a less refined feel than pro-level frames
- Specs come from retailer listings, not an independent test
Where to buy
None of the UK shops we check sell it right now, so it may only be available abroad. Researched price: about £65.
