Gallant Force is a performance 4U (about 83.5 g) racket in the Maxbolt Gallant range with a head-heavy balance (no mm figure published) and a medium-flex shaft. Aimed at players who want to hit down hard and can swing it fast.
- Head-heavy balance puts extra weight behind smashes and clears
- Medium flex is forgiving yet still responsive
- Low price for a graphite frame
- Head-heavy balance slows reactions in fast front-court exchanges
- Demanding to use well: suits stronger players more than casual ones
- No UK stockist and no brand datasheet found, so specs are second-hand
Where to buy
None of the UK shops we check sell it right now, so it may only be available abroad. Researched price: about £41.
